Blaues Brot (Blue Bread) is a podcast in German on the future of food. It is focused on the obstacles the food industry needs to overcome to achieve a systemic change - including increased funding, better talent pools and the scalability of innovations.

The project is funded by Cluster Ernährung, part of the Bavarian Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition and the Adalbert Raps Foundation.
